Sonmat Korean Buffet 손맛한식뷔페

Galbitang (beef short rib soup), jokbal (braised pig's trotters) and jeyuk (spicy pork) sit in a row, and the fried chicken beside them tastes like old-fashioned market chicken. Some days also bring gopchang jeongol loaded with intestine and tripe, yusanseul or jajangmyeon. Seasoning is restrained, without the usual buffet taste, and the kimchi has a crunch that suggests it is made in-house. Sikhye and sujeonggwa (cinnamon punch) are made on site as well.
