Only shio ramen is served, with no miso or shoyu, built on a chicken broth that tastes clean and moderately salty. Variations change the accent: yuzu shio uses the citrus lightly to cut the richness, wasabi shio brings a sharp hit to the nose, and shrimp shio is also on the menu. Refills come as either noodles or rice. Adding corn butter and cream halfway makes the broth rounder, though some find it heavy.
