Dining One Ansan 다이닝원 안산점

Dining One Ansan is a sushi-centered buffet on the second floor of a building on Gojan 2-gil in Danwon-gu, Ansan. The sushi counter separates pieces topped with salmon, flatfish, cooked shrimp, and grilled beef belly from octopus gunkan, other seaweed-wrapped cups, and California rolls. Most pieces are prepared without wasabi inside the rice, leaving diners to eat the fish and vinegared rice as served or add wasabi separately. A smaller number of items, including octopus gunkan, contain it from the start and remain distinguishable on the counter. The toppings create different textures within the same rice format: white fish is lean and firm, salmon carries more fat, cooked shrimp is springy, and beef belly adds browned meat and sauce. Rolls place vegetables or seafood inside rice and seaweed, then add sauce or garnish outside, producing a denser cross-section than a single-topping nigiri. The chilled stations include prawns, octopus, other seafood, salads, and fruit. Hot stations hold pizza, fried chicken, pork belly with kimchi, fried foods, and Korean snack dishes such as tteokbokki. A made-to-order noodle station prepares hot soup noodles separately from the self-served sushi. Seafood stew and jjamppong-style soup carry shellfish and chile flavors, mussel broth remains clearer, and fish cake combines soft processed fish with hot broth. These soups can be kept in separate bowls so their liquid does not soak the sushi rice. The large dining room contains multiple rows of tables, while the food line is divided into sushi, chilled seafood, hot dishes, noodles, and desserts. Broad aisles connect the table rows to each counter. Flat plates hold sushi, fried food, and salad, while deeper bowls from the hot station contain broth and noodles without spilling liquid into the chilled dishes. Fruit and sweets occupy the dessert counter beyond the savory stations.
