Once it starts boiling, a staff member comes over and prepares all the seafood. Grilled hairtail comes with the basic side dishes, along with kimchi pancake and seasoned seaweed. Light eaters sometimes skip the stew for jeonbok ttukbaegi, an abalone hot pot that is still generous with abalone.
