Daeseong Sikdang 대성식당

For over 40 years this place in a narrow lane near the old Gyeongju Station has grilled one thing, hanwoo galbisal (Korean beef rib meat). The menu is salt-grilled or marinated, nothing else, and the beef is trimmed only after you order before going straight onto a hot charcoal fire. Doenjang stew with plenty of beef in it comes at the end.
