Daepunggwan 대풍관

The oyster set starts with raw oysters and oyster salad, then moves through oyster pancake, fried oysters and parae gul gukbap, a rice soup with green laver and oysters. The oyster smell is kept in check, to the point that biting into the pancake brings no fishy hit, which makes it easier going for people who are unsure about oysters. Anyone after a strong oyster flavor will find the thick, vegetable-heavy pancake a letdown. From March, every oyster dish, raw ones included, is served cooked.
