Myeongchon Sikdang 명촌식당

Four or five kinds of seasonal fish, such as mackerel, yellow croaker, a red fish known locally as gintaro, and flounder, arrive grilled crisp on one table. The only dish is the grilled fish set, so you sit down, say how many are eating, and the kitchen starts. Seven or eight homestyle side dishes and siraegi-guk (dried radish-greens soup) come with it. Service ends early once the day's fish runs out.
