Chunmihyang Sikdang 춘미향식당

According to the owner, few places still serve meldoenjang, doenjang simmered with anchovies. Rice gets mixed into it, spread on a lettuce leaf and topped with gabeuri-sal or neck from the tabletop grill, then eaten like a ssambap wrap. Braised cutlassfish is on the menu too, though its sauce runs rather sweet.
