The shop sits in a narrow lane inside Gohyeon Market in Geoje; wander the market and the blue sign turns up. Rice never comes on the side. It goes into the earthenware bowl after torryeom, hot broth poured over and drained off several times. The sundae is an ordinary glutinous-rice kind sliced thin, and several diners say the seokkeo (mixed) gukbap, with its offal free of any gamey smell, is the better order here. Dadaegi chili paste and salted shrimp take care of the seasoning.
