Sicheong Udon 시청우동

On cold days, staff sometimes come out with warm barley tea for the people waiting outside. The udon noodles are made in house, smooth and springy with almost no floury smell. Kitsune udon is the plain version, clear broth with sweet-salty simmered tofu pockets, while the curry udon has a thin, soupy broth that still tastes fully of curry. The hire katsu is crisp and not greasy but small, sized more as a side to go with your udon.
