Cheongpyeong K Sutbul Dakgalbi Makguksu 청평K 숯불닭갈비막국수

The dakgalbi leaves the kitchen already par-grilled, and the owner comes over to show how to finish it on the charcoal; the marinade rarely burns. The salt-grilled version has no chili and crisp skin, a common order for children. Perilla-oil makguksu, buckwheat noodles with a deep nutty flavor, is the usual companion.
