The chunjang black bean paste is stir-fried fresh for every order, so gan-jjajang takes a while, and it arrives nutty rather than sweet. Thin noodles carry a thick sauce with more meat and squid than vegetables, rich but not salty. The set of two gan-jjajang and tangsuyuk (sweet-and-sour pork) comes with a free cola and the pork arrives quickly, but jjamppong ordered separately follows the noodles about 15 minutes later.
