The jjukkumi (webfoot octopus) is flash-fried over high heat until smoky and properly hot. Its spice level cannot be adjusted, so anyone at the table who struggles with chili goes for cheolpan jjukkumi, which keeps cooking on a tabletop burner. The stir-fry gets mixed into rice with bean sprouts and radish salad, and sets add one of gorgonzola pizza, buckwheat pancake or perilla sujebi, plus salad and acorn jelly. Show the receipt after the meal for a free coffee or iced tea from the cafe by the entrance; Mulwang Reservoir is close, and some carry the cup along its walking path.
