Boyeong Sikdang 보영식당

Plenty of sour, well-aged kimchi makes the broth tangy, and on Uijeongbu's army stew street this is one of the shops where sourness leads; if you dislike sour kimchi, it won't suit you. It has been on the street since 1978, and the pot holds that kimchi with minced pork, ham and sausage. Ham and sausage are on the light side, so the mixed add-on of ham, sausage, mushrooms and ramyeon fills it out. Rice cakes come out before the stew.
