Pork ribs are nowhere on the menu at this Ilsan galbi house. Since opening around 2010 it has grilled only beef, and the marinated beef short rib is seasoned neither too sweet nor too salty. At lunch there is galbitang, with chunky pieces of rib rather than thin strips.
