비채나
Bicena is a Korean fine-dining restaurant on the 81st floor of Lotte World Tower's Signiel, offering creative Korean course meals with panoramic views of Seoul's skyline. Operated by Gwangjuyo, a renowned Korean ceramics company, every dish arrives on the brand's signature porcelain, elevating the visual presentation to match the culinary ambition and letting the tableware enhance the Korean flavors. The menu impresses with reinterpretations of familiar Korean dishes — sundae-gukbap and hong-gye-tang reimagined through a fine-dining lens — while creative appetizers such as milssam, grilled eungpi clams, and pyeonyuk cold salad raise the standard of the opening courses. The 30-day dry-aged sirloin consistently exceeds expectations, and main dishes including marinated beef sirloin and grilled eel demonstrate strong execution. The course concludes with byeongeo rice cooked in a stone pot alongside myeongnan-jeotguk, leaving no gap in the progression. Desserts draw on Korean traditions with pat-bingsu, gotgam-sujeonggwa, and deodeok-juak, bringing the meal to a distinctive finish. Seasonal menus incorporate premium ingredients such as truffle and gamtae seaweed. Private rooms feature excellent soundproofing with separate entry and service doors, making them ideal for business dinners and family celebrations, while window seats overlooking the city are assigned through advance arrangement. Wine pairing is available, and courses arrive at roughly fifteen-minute intervals, extending the full dinner to approximately three hours.
