From the 81st floor of Lotte World Tower, Seoul spreads out below while a seasonal Korean tasting menu arrives on Kwangjuyo ceramics. Familiar dishes such as sundae gukbap and hong gyetang are reworked as courses, and some menus feature 30-day dry-aged sirloin as the main. Pot-cooked rice with pomfret and pollock roe soup close the savory part, followed by patbingsu, dried persimmon punch and deodeok jueak, a traditional confection. Allow about three hours, since each course takes its time. Wine pairing is offered, private rooms have separate guest and service doors, and window seats are assigned on request in advance.
