The bar opened in Jongno in 1995, spent 19 years there, then moved to a lane near Hapjeong Station. Each cocktail on the menu carries a written note on its base and flavor, but naming your usual spirit, the strength you can handle and how sweet you like it is enough for the bartender to build a drink. Jun Buck blends melon and pineapple aromas with coconut milk for a smooth glass, while the B&B cocktail mixes brandy with Benedictine. Regulars ask for it in a warmed brandy glass instead of on the rocks. Placing the next order before the first glass is empty saves a long gap, since one person often makes every drink in turn. Solo guests sit at the bar.
