Two generations have kept this soup shop going for 45 years, and the sundae in its sundae gukbap is big blood sausage stuffed into pork large intestine, thick inside and softer the longer it cooks. The gukbap comes four ways: meat, sundae, seokkeo (both mixed) and ampong (pork uterus), in a clear broth with a thin film of pork fat. The jeongsik set brings boiled pork, a sample of makchang sundae, offal, rice and soup together.
