The Yoonstar Saranghaeyo Pizza is topped with fresh tomatoes and a pile of arugula - drizzled with honey and bitten into together, it creates a bright, sweet, and herbaceous combination. The signature Hallasan Gosari Pasta features stir-fried Jeju bracken fern atop the noodles - the gosari is remarkably tender with no toughness whatsoever, and when mixed thoroughly with the pasta, it delivers a flavor that is both rustic and refreshing.
