Yonggung Sundae 용궁순대

The Ministry of SMEs and Startups has named this sausage house a Baeknyeon Gage, or century store, and the first thing to order is makchang-sundae: chewy intestine casing packed evenly with glass noodles, blood and meat, with no gamey smell. Sundae-gukbap is savory without much fat, and a spicier gukbap is on the menu too. Between bites of sausage, most tables pick at ojingeo-bulgogi, thick squid in spicy sauce with grill smoke, and some add pork bulgogi or grilled chicken feet.
