The sundae is chewy with a well-packed filling, and the makchang sundae is rich in umami without any off-flavors. The gukbap broth is deeply savory and clean, working well as a hangover cure. The spicy grilled squid bulgogi is another signature, featuring plump squid in a fiery, wok-charred sauce. Grilled pork bulgogi and chicken feet are also available.
