Bakdal Sikdang 박달식당

Makchang sundae stuffs thick pork large intestine with glutinous rice and vegetables, and the casing ends up far heftier than on ordinary sundae. It eats soft rather than chewy, and each slice shows a clean line between the thick casing and the sticky rice filling. Order it on a platter with boiled pork or in sundae gukbap.
