Private rooms in several sizes make this beef house a fit for occasions that call for a closed door: meetings between in-laws, first-birthday parties, business meals. Staff grill the hanwoo sirloin, tenderloin and the house soy-marinated galbi at the table, adjusting to each cut's thickness and fat. Small plates of banchan, seasoned greens among them, cover the table, which ends up closer to a hanjeongsik set meal than a barbecue spread.
