Its gan-jjamppong has no soup: the noodles are wok-fried hard and the sauce clings to them, closer to a stir-fried jjamppong, and even level 1, the mildest, bites like a spicy instant fried noodle. When the noodles are gone, rice gets stirred into the sauce left at the bottom of the bowl.
