Curved walls make the building look like a small art museum, and the second and third floors set seating among designer furniture, gallery-style. One of Jeju's first-generation roasteries, it moved to Haean-dong from near Sanbangsan, keeps a long bean list, and lets you watch baristas pour hand-drip coffee at the ground-floor bar. With a reservation, there is a coffee omakase called the Taste Journey. The jambon-beurre croissant and bagel arugula sandwich are a proper meal rather than a side.
