Around 25 taps pour nothing but Korean craft beer from domestic breweries, with makgeolli (rice wine) as the non-beer option. The pub occupies the lower floors of Hotel Manu between Hoehyeon and Seoul Station: a beer pub on the first floor, a cafe and bar upstairs, plus outdoor tables. Pizza is the main pairing, cut thin for sharing, and the shrimp risotto gratin brings rice, shrimp and melted cheese in a hot dish that eats moister and heavier than the pizza. You pay at the counter and the food comes to your table, or you can leave a card behind and settle everything at the end. By day the upstairs works as a cafe pouring regular coffee and cream coffee, cold cream layered over bitter coffee. Food runs on the salty side, which suits the beer.
