Seongnamjip 성남집

Since the menu is essentially salt-grilled pork, meat arrives almost as soon as you sit down. It is sliced thick to order and grilled over hardwood charcoal, and a little salt is all it needs. The janchi guksu looks ordinary, but its broth is rich enough to make a good follow-up to the meat. The place closes early once the meat runs out.
