A Korean set-meal restaurant on Ganghwa Island's coastal road in Naega-myeon, carrying the culinary philosophy of food researcher Im Ji-ho. The kitchen avoids heavy seasoning, letting fresh Ganghwa-sourced ingredients speak for themselves across generous multi-dish spreads. Signature options include tteokgalbi (grilled short rib patty), bulgogi, and grilled eel sets. Side dishes are numerous and individually excellent - enough to carry the meal on their own - with crispy enoki mushroom tempura as a standout. The jjigae has impressive depth, and everything pairs beautifully with sticky Ganghwa rice. The interior is refined with warm natural light, and Baekgusu, a local liquor, is worth trying alongside the meal. The flavors suit all ages, making it ideal for family gatherings, and its location pairs well with trips to Seongmodo Island.
