House-made Greek yogurt, from organic milk aged at low temperature for 72 hours, comes out thick and rich without sharp sourness. Bases include plain, soy, pistachio and black sesame; plain is clean and mild, soy much softer, and black sesame yogurt brings a nutty flavor rarely found elsewhere. The thick pistachio base takes banana and cacao nibs well, and a little honey softens the tang and lifts the fruit. The Behr Double piles two scoops with banana, blueberry, fig and granola into a bowl big enough for a meal. Cerise Single combines fig, crunchy coconut chunks and gently sweet chamomile syrup. The shop is small and cozy on a quiet Yeoksam-ro side street, with takeout and delivery available.
