Ragu Sikdang 라구식당

Only two main dishes are on the board on this Sinchon student street: ragu pasta and lasagna. The pasta mixes meat sauce with basil, and the noodles are cooked a touch past al dente without going soft. Lasagna comes heavy with cheese and is best eaten before it cools, with garlic baguette for wiping up the leftover sauce. A bowl salad dressed with ricotta and balsamic rounds out the table, and sangria works as well as wine. Prices stay modest for a college neighborhood, and portions are generous.
