Pujuok 푸주옥

Every spoonful of the milk-white seolleongtang broth leaves a thin coating on the lips. In the evening, groups fill the roomy hall with platters of tender boiled suyuk, breaking up its richness with gogi bindaetteok, a crisp mung bean and meat pancake. For a denser bowl, dogani-tang (ox knee soup) or kkori gomtang (oxtail soup) comes closer.
