Beyond a big glass wall at the back of this high-ceilinged warehouse, the fermentation tanks sit in plain view. The beers all carry Korean names: Achim (morning) is a clean Kolsch, Noeul (sunset) a malty amber ale, Gongsang (daydream) a New England IPA with tropical fruit aroma, and Uju (universe) a stout with dark chocolate notes. By day the room passes for a sunny, oversized cafe; after dark the lights go down and it becomes a pub.
