Obang Tongdak 오방통닭

Small chickens are roasted on an electric rotisserie until much of the fat renders out, leaving even the breast moist. Staff cut the hwanggeum tongdak (golden chicken) open at the table, and its stuffing of garlic rice and mushrooms is eaten together with the meat. Quirky props give the room a mountain-lodge feel, a short walk from Sindang Station.
