On the Banpo-daero frontage between Seocho Station and Seoul St. Mary's Hospital, this branch is easy to spot and, unusually for Seocho, has a large parking lot. Staff grill yang-gui (beef tripe) and daechang-gui (beef large intestine) over charcoal; the tripe is resilient, the intestine rich, and the charcoal leaves a clear smoky note. Yang-bap, rice stir-fried with tripe and diced radish kimchi, is the rice course, and patbingsu, shaved ice with red beans, closes the meal. The company runs every branch directly, and there is no afternoon break. Prices are high even for an offal specialist, which makes it more of a meal for hosting elders.
