A butcher counter at the entrance sells the hanwoo you grill at the table, but the lunch menu is what fills the hall. Hanwoo-tang, a clear beef soup with thick pieces of rib meat, is capped at 200 bowls a day. Hanwoo-gukbap is the spicier soup, and yukhoe-bibimbap (rice with raw beef) is the other lunch staple. Grilling cuts such as chaekkeut (strip loin) and chimasal (flank) are mostly grade 1+, and with a per-person table fee added, a barbecue dinner costs far more than a lunch bowl. Each extra order of meat is paid for separately at the counter on the first floor. Seating is on the floor with shoes off, upstairs rooms take families and groups, and groups who call ahead can arrange a pickup vehicle. Being on the edge of Geumnam-myeon in Sejong, it is hard to get a designated driver late at night.
