Thin, translucent wrappers around shrimp and mushroom define most of the dim sum served in Bukchon, a short walk from the hanok village. Xiaolongbao hold hot broth with the meat filling. Dim sum cools and stiffens quickly, and a few baskets at a time hold up better than one big round. Mangji chungwon, a crisp spring roll with sweet mango, sometimes sells out. The second floor has open tables and the third is split into private rooms and partitioned areas, reached only by stairs, and valet parking is offered. Seasonal-fruit yogurt closes the meal.
