Be prepared for bare-bones atmosphere though, with a worn exterior resembling an old family home and staff too busy to offer much warmth. The restaurant opens at 8:30 AM but you need to arrive early to put your name down, as they seat guests in twenty-minute intervals. At just over ten thousand won per person, the value for this quality of braised fish is genuinely outstanding.
