Servers carry skewers of churrasco around the room and carve straight onto your plate, naming each cut as it arrives, from flat iron to hanger and skirt. Chicken, pork belly, sausage and lamb rotate in between, and the lamb keeps its characteristic gamey note. The owner's wife is Brazilian and the whole team is from abroad. The restaurant has run in Itaewon for over 15 years, and parking is in the lot beside McDonald's. The salad bar holds pickles, greens, rice, pasta and banana bread, with lime juice, balsamic, and oil and vinegar for dressing. Cinnamon-dusted grilled pineapple closes the meal as a palate cleanser.
