The handmade tonkatsu at this roadside place in Sangchang-ri, Andeok-myeon, is a thick cut fried crisp outside and tender within. It is big enough that lunch here can see you through to dinner. The bone noodle soup comes with bones still heavy with meat, and dogs are welcome at the outdoor tables.
