Waves break right in front of this small roastery on the Jocheon shore in Jeju. The husband pours hand-drip coffee with distinct floral notes, the iced Kenya hand-drip above all, while the wife bakes salt bread and scones on site. Near closing time the bread shelves are close to empty.
