Jochiwon Jjamppong 조치원짬뽕

There is no lot, but street parking works in this quiet area. Heat-shy diners manage the jjamppong fine: the broth carries wok smoke and a clean finish without much burn, and the noodles stay chewy. Rice tipped into the remaining soup makes a natural finish. The tangsuyuk resembles Chinese guobaorou in texture rather than the old-style or glutinous-rice versions, and the jajangmyeon leans sweet.
