This third-floor buffet at The Shilla Jeju sets a different spread for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dinner adds snow crab, lobster, sashimi and sushi, and the galbi station by the entrance draws a crowd the moment doors open. The tenderloin is grilled medium and topped with truffle sauce, and sushi is made to order at the counter. As of 2024, dinner cost about 150,000 won, hotel guests got 10% off, and switching to iced coffee was extra.
