Just off the start of Insadong-gil, the dining room keeps its lighting low and its tables well apart, with private rooms for family meals or small groups. Grilled hanwoo, Korean native beef, comes in marbled cuts that are soft with a moderate amount of fat. At lunch a hanwoo shabu-shabu set offers a lighter way to eat the same beef.
