Jangsudae 장수대

Arrive around lunchtime and the usual routine is for one person to hop out and grab a number at the counter while the others park. The hwangtae haejangguk, a dried-pollack hangover soup, has a milky, rich yet clean broth, and the generous pollack keeps some chew. The flesh is nearly free of bones and comes with a separate sauce for dipping. Sweet-salty stir-fried fish cake is self-serve, and people go back for it more than once.
