Ilsongjeong 일송정

Galbi-jjim, braised beef short ribs, comes in a sweet-salty glaze with meat tender enough to slip off the bone, while the galbitang, short rib soup, leans rich and fatty. The banchan run to marinated raw crab, braised shank, jellyfish salad and jeon, a spread rarely seen these days. All three kimchi, cabbage, Dolsan mustard leaf and radish, are made with Korean-grown ingredients.
