Ilbeonji Jeongyuk Sikdang Dolgoji 일번지정육식당 돌곶이점

Beef is picked from the butcher's counter and grilled by diners on a round tabletop grill near Dolgoji Station. Keun so han mari, a mixed set of several cuts, cooks unevenly by nature: marbling and fat thickness differ, so pieces finish at different speeds. A pot of doenjang jjigae, soybean-paste stew with tofu and vegetables, keeps bubbling in the middle of the grill, and both stew and side dishes are refilled.
