Hyeongjedo Sikdang (Bonjeom) 형제도식당(본점)

A whole hairtail, laid out at full length, arrives twice on the same table: once grilled, once braised. Staff take the bones out of the grilled fish, and the braise keeps bubbling in front of you while you spoon it out. Raw fish, abalone and soy-marinated crab come as side dishes, and every one of them is refilled. Stone-pot rice is an extra order.
