At the bar, staff check the mineral content of the water as well as the condition of the beans, and switch dripper and grind for each coffee. Filter coffee arrives with a card noting origin, processing and flavor. For espresso drinks you choose between Dana, a bright single origin, and Gyunhyeong, a nutty blend, and decaf is available. Beans and drip bags are sold too.
