Hongguri Haemul Jjamppong 홍굴이해물짬뽕

Order two or more bowls of jjamppong and a thin gorgonzola pizza comes along with them. The crust is so thin that people take a slice before the noodles arrive and another after the bowl is empty. Chadol jjamppong has beef brisket in a thick broth, while hongguri jjamppong is mostly mussels with a few oysters. Extra noodles and rice are free, and the self-service bar holds plum tea, coffee and puffed rice snacks.
