Hoja 호자

The assorted tonkatsu brings loin, tenderloin and cheese katsu together on one tray, and of the three, the cheese katsu, which never turns greasy, gets the most praise. The tenderloin is soft with nothing to catch between the teeth, and rice portions are adjusted on request. Beyond katsu, there are ciabatta sandwiches filled with salmon, bacon or bulgogi. A gallery and guesthouse sit right next door, and some diners wander over to look at the paintings while their food is cooked.
