There are only three dishes: abalone pot rice, stone octopus and pork belly in gochujang, and a crisp pancake. Waits are very long, handled through both on-site sign-up and the Catchtable remote queue, and a line forms out front before registration even opens. Some people take a number and walk the pebble beach nearby until their turn. The pot rice is gently seasoned, so it gets the separate sauce or a wrap of roasted gopchang laver, with the smoky, spicy octopus and pork as the side.
